Order Submission & Confirmation

1. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, and payment authorization before processing.
2. An order confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour of payment—this confirms order receipt, not shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.
3. Order Cancellations
   • Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
   • After 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
   • Post-shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
   
   
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Product Compliance & Liability

1. Compliance Guarantees
   
   
   • All products comply with Prop 65 standards (no harmful chemicals, lead, or phthalates).
   • Brooms meet CPSC safety regulations for household tools (no sharp edges on handles, stable bristle bases).
   • Cleaning gloves are made with food-safe, non-toxic materials (safe for kitchen cleaning and food handling).
   • Wipers are OEKO-TEX certified (free of toxic substances, safe for use on food contact surfaces).
     
     
     Compliance certificates are available upon request via customer service.
   
   
2. Limitation of Liability

   
   

   We are not liable for:
   
   
   • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., broom bristle stiffness, glove fit, wiper thickness).
   • Damages caused by improper product use (e.g., brooms used on abrasive surfaces, gloves used with harsh chemicals not listed on the label, wipers used on hot cookware).
   • Indirect damages (e.g., cleaning delays due to product unavailability) resulting from order cancellations or shipping delays.
   
   
3. Warranty Coverage
   
   
   • Broom: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (loose bristles, handle breakage); excludes wear from regular use.
   • Cleaning Gloves: 6-month limited warranty against seam defects and material tears; excludes damage from sharp objects or harsh chemicals.
   • Wiper: 6-month limited warranty against edge fraying and material degradation; excludes wear from heavy-duty cleaning tasks.
   
   

User Obligations

1. Provide true, accurate, and complete order information (e.g., correct shipping address, product preferences). You are liable for delivery delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
2. Use products in accordance with the user manual and care instructions (e.g., do not use cleaning gloves with bleach unless labeled, store brooms in dry areas to prevent bristle mold).
3. Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
4. Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution

1. All website content (product images, descriptions, care guides, compliance documents) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
3. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in Georgia.
4. These terms are governed by Georgia state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
