We offer reliable shipping for household cleaning tools to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). PO box shipping is available for all products, with free shipping for eligible orders.

Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over **$25** (contiguous U.S.). For orders under $25 and non-contiguous U.S. locations, fees are as follows:

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for personal reason returns.
Order Tracking & Delivery Notes
- Tracking Information: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link to monitor delivery status in real time.
- Delivery Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage (dents, tears, water marks) before signing for delivery. For damaged packaging, note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund.
- Product Protection: Brooms are packed with reinforced handle sleeves to prevent bending; cleaning gloves are sealed in moisture-proof bags; wipers are packed in rigid envelopes to avoid crushing during transit.
- Address Changes: Address changes requested before shipping are free (one change per order). Post-shipping address changes incur a $4.99 processing fee and may cause delivery delays.
